Program Description

Our kid’s self-defence program has been carefully developed over 10 years by owner and 2nd degree black belt Ivan Voronoff while teaching here in Melbourne. It’s based on his 23 years of experience training across Australia and in Brazil. In his classes he focuses on balance, posture, co-ordination and body position. Our kids program is not just about the physical benefits for your child. It will also teach them valuable life skills and core values such as confidence, courtesy, focus, discipline, teamwork, mental strength, and self-control. Your child will also be equipped with a number of non-violent strategies to deter bullies, without becoming one.
